Punful Arts is an independent publisher of printable adult coloring books, sold on Amazon. This page explains how we handle data in connection with our website presence and with Punful Arts Pinner, a private internal application we use to publish our own promotional images to our own Pinterest business account.
1. Who we are
Punful Arts is a sole-operator publishing business. Our books are listed at amazon.com/author/punfularts and our Pinterest profile is pinterest.com/punfularts.
2. What the application accesses
Punful Arts Pinner uses the Pinterest API v5, authorised through Pinterest's standard OAuth flow by the owner of the Punful Arts Pinterest business account. With that authorisation it may:
- read the authenticated account's own profile information;
- read and create boards on that account;
- create Pins on that account, linking to our own books on Amazon;
- read Pinterest's own analytics for Pins the account has created.
It does not read other people's boards or Pins, does not access followers' information, and does not act on behalf of anyone other than the account owner.
3. What we store, and where
The application stores an OAuth access token and refresh token so it can keep posting without repeated sign-in. These tokens are kept in a local file on a private machine controlled by the account owner. They are not shared with any third party and are not transmitted anywhere except to Pinterest's own API.
We also keep a local record of which of our own images have already been posted, so the same image is not published twice. That record contains only our own book titles, image filenames and Pinterest Pin identifiers.
4. Data we do not collect
- We do not collect personal data from visitors to this page.
- We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels or trackers on this page.
- We do not collect data about Pinterest users who view or save our Pins, beyond the aggregate counts Pinterest itself reports (impressions, clicks, saves).
- We do not sell, rent or share any data with third parties.
5. Purchases
Our books are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and Amazon, governed by Amazon's own privacy policy and terms. We never see or handle your payment details, shipping address, or account information.
6. Retention and deletion
Tokens are retained only while the application is in use and are deleted when access is revoked. The account owner can revoke the application's access at any time from Pinterest account settings, which immediately invalidates the stored tokens.
7. Children
Our books are intended for adults, and this application is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
